A Beautiful Digi-story for Ugly Children.
What has gone before...
First apperance of this disturbing little dity was in the third
edition of the
Dead Dog Chronicles - An Orange for Johnny M
in March 94. An attempt to
write a serialized tale of murder & mayhem to run through the
following
12 issues of chronicles was born, but unfortunately the little SE30
on which it was being constucted suffered a fatal hardware failure
shortly before the completion of the orignal Chronicles 5.
Thus machineless and faceing serious charges due to some over zelous
policeing of a criminal justice demonstration at Hackney Town Hall,
we were forced to suspend publication of the Chronicles until we had
acquired new equipment.
Over 18 months later, and a slight rethink it's back.
Here's the plan. We are publishing the 2 parts of the
story previously printed, and released back in 94. Plus the third
part which was written for Chronicles 5, here on this site. The tale is
incomplete, but it our intension to add the next part each time the Dogzone
is updated. We are throwing the creative flood gates open.
We all ready know where we would like the tale to go, but perhaps you
have a better idea.
Write your version of events for the next part of the tale,
E-mail them or your links to us and we will include them, as an
alternative to the parts that we write.
The aim is to create interactive digital pulp fiction,
for anyone who wants to participate.
Synister Ink
Pubilshing is dedicated to publishing in all forms of media so those
not fortuanate enough to be in a postion to log on, will be able to catch
up on the action in the printed hard
copy of the Dead Dog Chronicles when it returns to the streets.
As to when this will be we can't exactly say, as it solely funded by
us and when in print is given away free, and at the moment we're skint and can't
aford to go to print. If some generous person is willing gives us a half decent
photocopier then production can start imediatly.
Anyway enough of this
bollocks.
To the task at hand read, enjoy, participate.
Dr. Edd Synister.
